I am the creator of The Present Sense, a meditative approach to moment-to-moment fulfillment in the ever-changing landscape of relationships and sexuality.  Since 2004, I have been leading men, women, couples, and groups to slow down, turn within, and experience the pulsing life force that moves inside us.  My work draws from the fields of somatic and eco psychology, the human potential movement, and tantric spirituality.

•   Initiated student of Sri Amritnanda Natha Saraswati, studying the Sri Vidya tantric lineage at Devipuram Temple Ashram, Andhra Pradesh, India (2013 & 2014)

• Registered Yoga Teacher (200) with the Yoga Alliance, trained in Bali Indonesia with Linda Madani in the style of Yoga Pranala, a blend of hatha yoga and Balinese shamanic energy work

•   Totality Therapy Immersion + Sexual Somatic Facilitator Trainings with Dr. Shakti Malan (2012 & 2013)

•   Totality Therapy 14 month Training Intensive with Dr. Shakti Malan of South Africa's Advait Tantra School (2012)
